I'm looking for a friendly, tidy professional to share a beautiful large house (with garden) in Horfield, near the leisure centre, and 2 award-winning pubs: Wellington & Inn on the Green. Plus further down all the bars and shops of Gloucester Road. On-street parking. 30 second walk to bus routes to town centre, or North Bristol: UWE, Aztec West, Airbus, Southmead Hospital. The house is tastefully decorated with large kitchen/breakfast room. There is a pretty double bedroom downstairs, with own dressing room/sitting room upstairs. Sharing kitchen and bathroom. Wireless internet, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, etc. The garden (south facing so lots of sun) has a patio, grassed area, furniture and (occasional!) flowers depending on the season.
