Hi I have 1 double room to let in a terraced house in Hoole, Chester.
The house has all the usual stuff - shower, fridge, cooker, sky, internet etc. It is located close to amenities in Hoole plus it is also in easy walking distance of Chester centre and the railway station.
Current tenants are 1 male and 1 female professional, so it is ideally suited to another young professional.
I do have a friendly cat so it wouldnt be suitable to anyone with allegies to them..
