I have a single room available in Feb 2010. This is a comfortable quiet house in hoole with a garden
The room is at the back of the house its carpeted with a single bed wardode small Tv and a computer table with a desk top computer if needed.
We are a family Me my partner and our baby of 11 months the rent is £300 per month including, gas electric, water rates, tv license, digi and WIRELESS BOARDBAND.
Our house is somwhere to relax after a hard day and be peaceful. we like cooking, watching movies, music, We are easy going, friendly, i also have a cat called jemima, short haired cute little thing. so MUST LIKE cats no smoking indoors...but in the garden is fine
Meals can be provided at a small extra cost...short term stay also available
