HI, my name is Jane, i'm 36. I have a 3 bedroom semi detached house, that i currently share with Simon (28) and we are looking for a third housemate to move in ASAP. It's a very friendly, laid back atmosphere and it's clean and tidy. The room is a fully furnished double room with TV/DVD (if required). The house has a 51" TV, Blu Ray etc. wi fi broadband access and freesat TV in the main lounge. It's situated in a Great location, only 15/20 mins from Grimsby town centre and Cleethorpes sea front. Newly refurbished! This is a shared house NOT just a room. All Living areas are shared. (including Large Sitting room, modern kitchen and Conservatory). We both work full time and therefore need someone that is quiet during weekday nights and generally respectful, trustworthy and must be working.
