The house is a 3 bed semi with one room kept as a spare room. I've got cable in the lounge and there's plenty of parking space either on the drive or right outside the house. There are shops and a pub nearby and its on the main bus route to town. It is a 3 minute drive to the motorway (M6/M61/M65)
