I am looking for someone to share my 3 bedroom town house in the popular village of Hilton which has good transport links to Derby and Burton on Trent. Hilton has strong community based activities and is a good place to live generally.

The house is just over three years old and has good sized rooms with a fully fitted kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher. There is a small garden which is hard landscaped providing pleasant sunny sitting area. There is a garage and parking space behind the property.
I work locally for a small Health and Safey company and sometimes travel with my work. I am easy going and actively involved in the village comunity.
I have a ginger cat Marv who is the real boss of the house but is friendly and loves anyone who feeds him!
