Preferred room and flatmate description
I have houses in Walkley,Hillsborough and overlooking Firth Park as well as Dinnington. Rooms usually redecorated between lets and have laminated floors and up to date fittings. I do not live in any myself but try to create high quality reasonably priced homes for others. All are in good situations near to public transport such as the tram in Hillsborough and shops. I usually have somewhere available to let to others. Most have on-street parking. Currently offering 10% off first month's rent if paid promptly and am willing to be flexible on deposits.
Prefer non smokers but accept smokers who confine it to their own room or outside
