6 very large furnished rooms with all bills inclusive plus free fast wi-fi. the shower/toilet are shared, however there are 4 toilets and 6 showers. there is also a very large kitchen with a microwave 2 cookers and 2 washing machines and a cleaner that visits daily to clean the communal areas.
Hi my name is Tony I am the property manager, I have been running this building as a student only premises for the past 11 years. The location is ideal as it takes only 10-15 minutes to walk to cov uni or alternatively there is a bus stop outside with buses running every 12 minutes.
The building itself is ideal for 1st/2nd year students who want to live in a quiet student environment with the safety of a management policy which gives independancy to the student whilst ensuring a clean friendly atmosphere.
In the past this type of student arrangement has also proved very useful for students wishing to live in an environment that will improve their English skills. Many of these students have typically been from french/italian/german/polish etc backgrounds. The rooms are also very large so can easilly accomodate 2 people.
