The smaller of the two rooms is £330 per calendar month.
The other bedroom is £360 per month.
The rent is inclusive of all utility bills (gas, water, electricity) and also is inclusive of council tax, TV license and wireless broadband internet. The house is close to amenities and is 15 minutes walk from Coventry University and Coventry Coach Station.
I am looking for a non-smoker with no pets & no children. I want someone who is clean, considerate, easy to get along with, not loud and trustworthy. Before moving in I require: 1 month rent in advance, 1 month damage deposit (refundable when you leave), 1 picture proof of I. D. (driving license/passport), 1 proof of previous address (utility bill), proof of employment (pay slip/ letter from employer) and 1 character reference. There are already two tenants living in the property. Both are students, one male & the other is a female. They are both in their early twenties.

IT IS A 4 BEDROOM, 2 BATHROOM HOUSE, WITH A SMALL GARDEN.
NO COUPLES, NO STUDENTS, NO PETS & NO DSS PLEASE.
