Hi we have a great flat and the people are friendly. It is spacious and includes a bathroom, shower room and a separate toilet. A fully fitted kitchen/living room including a fridge/freezer, sofa, easy chairs, coffee table etc. . The bedroom available is on the first floor with a double bed. Everywhere is doubled glazed. There is a door entry intercom to every room along with broadband connection. Sharrow is 10 minutes walk to the city centre and has good cafes and restaurants – there are also good shops and bus service. Rent is £60pw plus bills
