looking for a clean and tidy person who is respectful to fellow housemates in terms of keeping communal rooms acceptably tidy (ie - someone who tidies as they go to keep the house somewhere nice to live)

spacious, furnished double room and a warm, clean, tidy home where we all respect each others stuff. Very easy going, everyone in the house works hard and appreciates each others efforts in general tidiness - so please, don't apply for this room if you are a lazy 'stoner'
10 minute walk from city center with excellent local amenities - doctors post office, off license, chippy, sandwich shop all pretty much on the doorstep plus just a 2 minutes further - a mcdonalds, kfc, a sainsbury's and an asda!!! ideal!!
there's a bus stop just down the road and the train station is just ten minutes away.
All bills included in the monthly charge. So you just pay one flat rate, no awkward bill splitting every month!
parking is available but there is a a charge for the permit.
