Preferred room and flatmate description

Spacious double room available in 4 bed house. Room includes: bed, wardrobe, tall boy, bedside cabinet, and bed linen (room is larger than picture shows). The communal areas comprise of a large living room and kitchen, and separate toilet and bathroom. All communal areas and the bedroom has been recently re-decorated. Rent includes all bills but the house does not have broadband.

It is located within a 20-30 minute bus ride into the city centre and is 5 minutes away from the Northbound M60 (J20) and 10 minutes away from the Southbound M60 (J21/2), making this an ideal commuter spot for Manchester, Stockport, Oldham, Rochdale, Bury, Bolton and the rest of south Lancashire, Greater Manchester and north Cheshire.

You will be sharing with one 31 year old professional female.

Looking for preferably another woman (men will be considered), who is around 25-40, and a professional. It is essential that you are clean and tidy, both in communal areas and in your personal space (or can tidy at short notice). It would be nice to find someone who is friendly and socialable, but doesn't mind their own space too.
