Preferred room and flatmate description
Double room, fully furnished and recently redecorated to rent in a spacious 3 bedroom 3rd floor flat in Westbury-on-Trym. My friend and I own/live in the flat, however as he is in the army he is rarely there. The property was fully renovated 10 months ago with a brand new kitchen and modern interiors.
The flat is situated close to the Mall and the Downs with only a short drive to the city centre. There is plenty of off street parking available (including car port if desired), garage, 2 outdoor storage units, large communial gardens and beautiful views. You would also have full access to a 40 inch flat screen TV, full V+ TV package, Playstation 3 and broadband connectivity!
The room is £75/pw plus bills (£90/pcm).
