Preferred room and flatmate description

It’s a newly refurbished 2 bed house, situated in Heeley close to the farm and the city centre. My housemate is leaving at the end of November off travelling and I’m looking for someone to fill the gap.

Rent is 235pcm excluding bills

I’m looking for someone who’s easy going, enjoys a giggle, clean and tidy and preferably a non smoker. I’m Sarah a 25yr female, employed as a youth worker and enjoy climbing, swimming, dancing and good wine!

The house was done up by the landlord (who's very nice and helpful) 6 months ago and was rented unfurnished. I've kitted in out since then so it's only your room you'll have to furnish (inc. your own bed).

Double glazing throughout

Ground floor: Nicely neutrally decorated living room of good size with new carpets; kitchen all new worksurfaces, laminate flooring, new oven, combi bolier and access to the southfacing yard (with big plans for a veggie patch next year!).

First floor: 2 double bedrooms again with new carpets throughout, newly tiled bathroom with bath and shower.
