Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi I am Will, a 27 Years old sales Manager.

I have available to rent one large double room with ensuite shower room and built in wardrobes in my new build 5 bedroom detached house built earlier this year, in Hedge End Junction 7 of M27. The room is currently unfurnished but I can supply the furniture if required, so can suit someone with their own gear or without.

All bills included and wireless internet.

There is parking in front of the house on the little private road that my house shares with the next door neighbours. There is additional parking for guests etc on the road of the estate, all permits free.

Your room would be the master bedroom on the top floor.

The house is located approximately 1.2 miles from the motorway so easy access to get around, 1 mile away from the Sainsburys, M&S, and other local superstores, near by doctors surgery etc and parks. The Hedge End railway station is just over 10 minute walk away which is on the main line to London Waterloo.

I am looking for someone easy good, fairly tidy & clean (all dishes go in the dish washer so no worries there) and trust worthy is important to me as you will have the run of the house. I tend to work a few evenings a week on top of my day job at a local bar which I manage.

I have two dogs that spend most of the time in the garden and a parrot – the house is keep tidy and clean. At the moment I live in the house with one other lodger, Neil who is 26 and works away a bit, he is a very easy going chatty guy into his mountain biking, hiking etc.
