Preferred room and flatmate description
Professional wanted to share with other friendly professionals in spacies clean comfortable house.
The house is 5 mins walk from both train and bus there is also parking.
The house as just had a major refurbishment there are two new bathrooms one which as a roll top bath. It has new Modern cream kitchen. The house will be ready to move into at the begining of January. There will be all new tenants and will all be over 21. The rent includes Council tax water rates and Tv licence. So all you need to pay extra would be Gas and elec which roughly works out around £20 in summer and £40 winter. The rents are £300 / £320 depends on room you take.
