Me (28) and my sister (30) both share a house and we have a box-room that's empty. We'll be honest, the room is basic, but the house has a decent sized lounge with a huge TV, basic Sky package, Wi-Fi, a decent and well maintained garden and plenty of parking.
It's within 5 minutes walk of the bars and pubs of Heaton Moor, 10 minutes from Heaton Chapel train station, 10 minutes from the A6/192 bus stop, and about 15 minutes walk from Didsbury Road/42 bus stops.
I'm a self-employed gardener and my sister works full time in Manchester.
