Preferred room and flatmate description

Small'ish room in a stylish, beautifully refurbished maisonette on Rothbury Terrace in Heaton. 2 minutes to number 1 bus service and 5 mins to tesco and all other shops.

The room is available to share with 3 young professional females.

Looking for someone relaxed and easy to get along with - who is clean but not obsessive. We also have a rabbit - so we are looking for someone who doesn't mind pets and isn't allergic. We like to have nights out and nights in with a film and take away etc so we're looking for someone who wants to be part of a home and not just renting a room.

So the flat:

We have a large Kitchen with all mod cons, dishwasher, washer/dryer combi, breakfast bar and built in fridge freezer.

Large bathroom, with shower over bath, sink and toilet. We also have a seperate toilet room.

Large living room with 2 brown leather reclining sofas. Virgin TV and wireless internet and laminate flooring.

Central heating throughout and all double glazed. Bills are around £45 - £55 per month - inc gas/elec/water/council tax/virgin. We have a private landlord who is very helpful. Good old Bazza!

The room:

Its not the biggest - but has a double bed-with draws underneath - a bedside table, desk and wardrobe with draws. There is also storage under the stairs outside of the room.

The deposit is £260, which goes into the government protection scheme and would need first months rent as well.
