Preferred room and flatmate description
Excellent Room available in houseshare in Heaton, Newcastle. The room is on the small side but it is a double bed, comes furnished with desk and chair, a seperate room provides as an wardrobe.
House has excellent facilities, with 52" HD plasma television and leather sofa's in front room. Kitchen has a massive oven + grill, also seperate oven & grills as well. 5 pan hob with one specialised for stir frying. 2 Fridge Freezers.
Ammenities: 3 Toilets, 2 Showers and recently fitted bath.
Broadband already paid by current reside
nts, but will cost £4 a month. Sky TV also being installed, this will be £8 a month with all channels.
Excellent Transport: Only 5 minute car journey to Newcastle City Centre, Buses every 5 minutes throughout the day.
Viewings only available in Evenings & Weekends, this is due to the current people living there working throughout the day. Any problems this, don't hesitate to ask.
Current Occupants: 5 Males, Ages Between 23-28. Anyone is welcome though.
