Double bedrooms available in a 4 bedroom house in a fantastic location in the centre of Headingley, Leeds.
The house is approx 5 years old (was an old stable) and backs onto Otley Road, in the centre of Headingley opposite the Box and Starbucks ect. Parking is resident only, so you always have space! - just apply to the council for a free permit, visitor permits are also available for free. There are excellent links to the city centre just 5 minutes away.
The house itself is fully furnished with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, new cooker, large fridge and freezer. There is one large bathroom plus a second toilet downstairs. The living room includes dining table and chairs plus coffee table, two sofas and rug. All bedrooms come with desk, table, mirror, wardrobe and drawers. The house is quite a unique design and has large windows on 3 sides so is light and bright.
We have just moved in - Two females and one male are currently living in the house, professional and 24+ We are looking for our last housemate to come and join us. We would prefer a male as we don't think our only male of the house can survive with another girl.
Currently in the house is Richard, 30 works in sales, Jenny, 26 works as a nurse (not on shifts) and Nikki, 24 works in Human Resources. We have taken over the tenancy from a group of girls who left during their tenancy , none of us knew each other before we moved in, so there is none of that 'having to join a group of friends and feeling awkward'. We all like to socialise together but also have our own groups of friends.

It works out at £325 each a month which includes water but no other bills. Council tax works out at £24 each per month, Sky TV is about £4.50 each a month and broadband & landline about £5 a month.
