I have 1 double rooms available in Headingley Leeds, Free unlimited internet, Free Sky TV & no sign admin fees. The house was fully refurbished in January 2008, new sofas, large kitchen with breakfast table, all rooms are double rooms with double beds , new fridge freezer,new washer dryer. rent is £290 per month £300 deposit. 3 large bathrooms also, double glazed,smoke alarms and fire doors throughout, new energy efficient boilers, double heats new electrics and new carpets.
bills are cheap around £15 - £20 council tax gas and electric £15 - 20, water £2 per month.
Really nice house refurbished to a very high standard in a great location, 2 minutes walk from headingley train station which gets you into Leeds city centre in 5 minutes, 5 minutes from Headingley bars & restaurants, kirkstall cinema,virgin gym and Morrisons.
