Hello, I am looking to rent out a spare room in my 4 bedroom character house which is on the outskirts of Clive Vale, and close to Hastings Old Town. There are two bathrooms both with toilets and showers, and a separate third WC. The house is mostly double glazed, is in good decorative order, and has a private garden which you would be free to use. In addition, the house has wireless broadband and Sky TV. There are 2 bus stops a few metres from the house, and the train station is less than half a mile away. Please be aware that I also have a cat.
