Hi, We are looking for a new housemate to share a newly refurbished four bed house. The room available is decorated to a high standard and furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and drawers. The furnished house comprises a lovely big lounge, modern kitchen, a bathroom with a bath/shower, a downstairs toilet and a large garden, gas central heating, Sky (broadband, phone & TV) and wooden flooring throughout (carpet in bedrooms). There is on street parking and good transport links, both car and public transport. Overground from Hanwell to Paddington 15 minutes. Very close to A4/M4/A40. The semi-detached property is situated in a quiet street near to the Grand Union canal (perfect for runners) and a 5 minute walk to the local shops and supermarket. The award winning pub The Fox is a two minute walk and there are many other pubs nearby. Osterley park and bunny park (Brent Lodge park) are very close and Walpole park, famous for it's annual jazz festival, is situated in Ealing Broadway. Ealing Broadway (10 minutes on E8 bus or 25 min walk) is a cosmopolitan town with a good shopping centre and information.

We are friendly reliable housemates, clean and tidy and enjoy cooking and sharing a bottle of wine. We like socialising but also enjoy our own space too. We are fairly quiet during the week but enjoy a few drinks and going out with friends at the weekend. The room would suit a mature student or professional, male or female, who are easy going, clean and tidy and have a good sense of humour.

A prospective tenant must be reliable paying bills and must agree to sign a 6 month tenancy contract. Reference checks will be carried out by the landlord.
