We have a Large double room on its own floor (with its own separate bathroom) available in extremely modern and beautifully presented 4 bedroomed townhouse built just over 2 years ago located on a private road beside a lake and less than a minute from a great parade of local shops and about 10 minutes (by car) from Peterborough City Centre.
It would suit someone who is fun loving who want to share our home and its great amenities.
The bedroom has a wall mounted TV/DVD player and has access to its own bathroom on its own floor so is ideal for those who want to chill out and enjoy their own space too. The house has a landcaped "mediterranean style" garden, roof terrace and balcony, great facilities, WiFi, large open plan kitchen, inc washer dryer, fridge freezer, microwave, double oven and large dining table, with french doors leading to the garden.
We have a great house, having had a great lady who shared with us for a year and has decided to reluctantly leave "her home" as she calls it, which is a great feeling for us, as she has secured a job up north.
We are looking for someone who wants to share our home and enjoy its great facilities.
