I'm looking for a friendly/sociable house. I guess this is more important than anything else, apart from being able to sleep at night.
It has to be clean without being a compulsive-obsessive about it.
I would prefer female flatmates simple because I prefer female company to mens (I'm not gay or 'owt) but as long as you don't talk about football 8 hours a day, male would be fine. I do like football though and enjoy shouting obscenities at the tv or xbox whenever possible.
I used to be a programmer/tech guy, but I'm currently a long distance motorbike courier - but don't take that the wrong way - I haven't killed anyone for, like, ages. I have a garage which I use for maintenance in case your worried about me performing engine changes on the kitchen table.
