£425 RENT INCLUDING ALL BILLS
I live in a beautifully kept 3 story townhouse in Guiseley where I am looking to rent my double spare bedrooms. I am looking for short/medium term let’s as my home is currently on the market. For this reason I am looking for someone who is very clean and tidy but also who can relax and have a good laugh. I will guarantee one months notice period should I sell the property and I would ask for the same in return. However with the market as it is I do not think my home will sell any time soon.
I am 30 years old, friendly female. I am used to living with both men and women and have been renting out rooms for about 10 years now so am more than used to it.
Guiseley is a nice place to live with plenty of bars and restaurants. The train station is less than 10 minutes walk away and only 1 stop into Leeds, taking around 12 minutes and therefore an ideal location for anyone who commutes into town.
