Preferred room and flatmate description

I have a lovely 4 bedroom house, of which one of the double room's and the single room will be vacant from Mid-Feb. I have my own bedroom at the house, but I have not stayed there hardly at all for the last few years due to work and other commitments. The other rooms at the house will be occupied by 1 other young professional guys. The rooms are fully furnished and newly decorated. They can be rented unfurnished if preferred.

The house has a very big kitchen (all mod cons), living room/conservatory (with sky tv etc), big garden (with shed for bike storage etc), a lovely bathroom and wireless broadband.

It has a big driveway, is a 5 minute drive (or bus journey) or 30 min. walk from Guildford town centre and is only 2 mins from the A3 and less than 10 mins from the M25. There are local shops and it's in a lovely neighbourhood.
