Whats on offer is a double room with use of bathroom opposite, We are a young couple in a lovely 4 bedroom detached property.
Lovely spacious back garden. Seperate dining room if you wish to dine with us. You will have your own fridge which you may store your own food in but will have to share a freezer.
The room itself is already furnished so you will not require any furniture, you will have to use your own bedding. I will provide access to wi-fi internet but if you wish to use the landline you will have to pay for your own calls. Freeview is provided in the room but if you wish to access our Virgin Media you will have to pay the differece for an extra box which i think is about £10 a month but will confirm if you wish to have this. If you own a car then the only parking available is in the street which is a quiet culdisack.
The area is very quiet with close local shops and a 2 min walk to the closest bus stop, which goes straight into Grimsby Town.
