Hey there, here's some info. ALL bills are included. Offering 2 rooms, one down stairs double bed room (Old front room) and one upstairs middle double bedroom for a professional to Lodge in. Both fully furnished I am a medic and work mainley abraud, Im only in the UK 6 weeks of the year or so, there is currently one male house mate thier perminantley lodging in the back bedroom. There is no setting up fee. I just ask for a months lodge money as a deposit, so when it comes to leave, you can give me 2 months notice. The lodge money is below the going rate, as we are more interested in having the right people living here, being able sustain living costs better. Its a nice atmosphere, and Im not in a rush to just get anybody in, and will wait for the right kind of respectable person The house is just around the corner from a butchers, hairdressers, bun shop(hmmm), mini sainsburys and a corner shop ect. It is a 10 minute walk from the town centre and a 5 minute walk from Weelsby woods.

The kitchin has all amenities in good condition. The living room is fully equipt with TV and all cable channels, we have wireless internet in the house, Upstairs there is a shared shower room and toilet.(there is also a toilet downstairs under refurbishment)

Only people who are clean and tidy please apply. Also people who are honest, respectfull, mature about living in a shared house, but also sociable.

I am willing to make any changes in the house as I am eager to have the right people living there.
