The rooms is available for short term let aswell as to those who are looking for long term aswell.
NON SMOKERS PREFFERED AS OUR HOUSE IS A NON SMOKING HOME..
We are in a good location and within walking distance to the beach/seafront, Gt Yarmouth Race Course, Yarmouth Stadium and Town Centre/Train Station.
For those that like to take the bus, the bus service runs down our road.
We are currently looking for tenants who are in Employment..
£80 a week.. All reasonable utility bills included in the rent.
Deposit required.
