I am looking to rent the second bedroom in my house. The bedroom is a very large double room (15'x8') and the house has a spacious lounge, big kitchen/diner all of which has recently been decorated. Facilities include broadband/wifi, Sky tv and a small garden.
All bills included - except for the phone bill. (If the land line phone is used you would pay for what you use).
Great Leighs is a nice, quiet small village located between Chelmsford and Braintree. Both towns are easily accessible by bus or car and there is an allocated parking off the road car park space should you have a car. It is also about a 5-10 minute drive from the Chelmer Valley Park and Ride which takes you to Chelmsford Station in 10 minutes.
I am ideally looking for a friendly, honest, clean/tidy, considerate, social person to share my home with. It would be lovely to find a friend as well as a housemate. My priority in finding someone to share with is to ensure that both of us would feel comfortable.
