Preferred room and flatmate description

I am an accredited landlord with good sized double rooms in professional well equipped shared homes in both Roath and the Bay area of Grangetown. I look after the properties myself which means that I get problems sorted out as soon as is humanly possible. I like my tenants to feel comfortable and at home. The Roath houses are within a short walk to the City Centre and the Grangetwon House is also within a short walk from the Millennium Centre, all the leisure facilties and a short bus ride to town .The houses are well maintained and some have recently been refurbished. Each property has a sunny garden and all bills are included in the rents which range from the figure above depending on the size of the room.

I am looking for tenants who will fit into a friendly atmosphere with like minded people, who will respect their home, their fellow housemates and their privacy.

All the bills are included in the rental so no worrying about the sharing out business at the end of the month!
