Double room available in a large clean & tidy house, currently occupied by myself (Jim), my partner and one professional housemate.
The room is a good sized double with brand new furniture, rent is £300/month, this includes all bills.
The house is very spacious, we have a large lounge with flat screen TV, cable and fast wireless broadband throughout the house. There is a communal area/dining room and a large spare room at the front with a bed for guests. I also have a large coach house out the back. So plenty of room for storage and bikes etc.
The kitchen is also quite big, all the appliances are brand new, large american style fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. Fully stocked so you won't need anything (except food!).
The house is in a great location, quiet st with plenty of parking. 6 mins walk to central station and 10 to St Davids 2 and Mill Lane for shopping and drinking respectively.
I am looking for a professional person, male or female, 20-30(ish) for a laid back houseshare. We all work fulltime week days, so looking for someone who can respect the need for sleep during the week, but I pretty much don't care about anything on the weekend!
I'm very flexible with contracts. I just ask for 1 month bond which will be your last month's rent, no minimum stay or formal contract (unless you want one of course!).
