From mid to late July, we are looking for a friendly considerate housemate for Elina and Sam, both in their twenties. The rental includes bills. The deposit for the single room is £300. The room is furnished and recently decorated, with a real bed, wardrobe, bedside chest, dressing table and a mirror.
The house has a large lounge and kitchen/diner, a shared bathroom plus an extra loo downstairs. There is also a spare sofa bed if any friends need a sleepover. The house has a car-port and a small garden at the rear with patio decking for BBQs, etc.. Laminate flooring throughout, with wireless broadband, leather suite and 42" TV/DVD in the lounge.
The house is two miles west of the town centre (near GLOSCAT and GCHQ) with good access to A40 & M5. There is free off-road car parking in the cul-de-sac. There is also a regular bus service into town, just one minute from the house, 5 mins walk from shops & 15 mins walk from the train station.
