I have 2 rooms to let in a three bed detached house to share with a female landlady who is 27 years old,
The house is in Thorpe Astley close to Fosse Park and the motorway with easy access in to Leicester City Centre.
The one room is a double room, with own bathroom (seprate from the bedroom), the house comes fully furnished and is well presented with off road parking. The room has brand new furniture throughout and the bed has never been used before. The smaller room is £260 per month.
Local shops are one minutes walk away.
All bills are included in the cost of the rent (£260/360 per month).
