Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi

I have a single room available to rent in a lovely 3-bed semi detached. The room is furnished and Rent-wise, I would be looking for £275pcm, inclusive of all bills.

You would be living with me and my current flatmate (both females, 31). We are very easy-going, great friends, and looking for someone to be mates with, as well as just sharing house-space! Oh, you would also be sharing with my 2 cats, so I guess allergies to cats wouldn't be ideal!

The house is nicely furnished (I recently bought it) and we are fairly house-proud, but not to extreme measures. There is a huge garden (which we take joint responsibility for so that summer BBQs are possible!) and on-street parking, although once the rent starts coming in, the first thing on the list is a driveway.

Location-wise, the house is within walking distance of Street Lane, Chapel Allerton and Roundhay Park. Although obviously not in the city centre, there are regular buses that go to both the Centre and Headingley.

We are looking for someone that will treat the house as a home, be sociable with us (but obviously have their own life too!) and preferably be a professional of similar age.

I'm sure I've probably missed off something glaringly obvious, so if theres anything else you want to know, please give me a shout!
