I have a large double room available to rent out. It has a double bed, wardrobe, desk, drawers, shevles etc. It is a good sized room and would be suitable for couples if required.
The house is a 3 bedroom; 1 bathroom, 1 large living room, 1 dining/kitchen, cellar & a large garden. Currently living in the house is two girls aged 25/26. The room is availble from 1st March.
The house is 15 minutes away from the town centre with a very regular bus route at the end of the road. There is a co-op, post office etc slightly down the road (so very convenient if do not have a car). If you do have a car there is on street parking outside the house or a quiet close behind the house for less busy parking.
The rent price of £320pcm (paid 1 month in advance) and includes council tax & TV license, but bills are split equally between all housemates.
