Hi, I'm a mature student from Singapore, looking to rent a fully-furnished room for myself near the Uni of Glasgow during the period of Sep 2012 to Sep 2013 for my postgrad studies. Pref a few minutes walk away, max of 15min.

I like to know what's included in the rent, especially the utilities and wifi. I hope the maximum rental is about 400pcm inclusive of utilities. Please message me so that I can confirm the accommodation early. I also hope to avoid the council tax since I'm a student. I like to secure the accommodation soonest.
