Preferred room and flatmate description
My current flatmates are moving out due to relocating for new jobs, and so I have two lovely bedrooms to rent out in my flat. I toyed with the idea of moving out and finding somewhere else to live, but the flat is lovely and spacious, and so I'd rather find people to live with me, than have to move.
The flat itself is a tenement flat in Pollokshields, is fully furnished, and in a friendly, vibrant area. It has hardwood floors throughout, and all the rooms are very large, and well maintained. It has three double bedrooms, a lounge and a large dining kitchen. The lease is for a minimum of 6 months, and council tax is band D.
About me... I'm a full time musician, and teach from home during the day. I'm friendly and relaxed, and have spent the last ten years flat sharing, so accepting of most people (as long as they are house trained). Ideally I'd like to live with people who don't mind my practicing and teaching at home, and who would like a home to live in, rather than a house. I'm very clean and tidy, so if you don't like to do housework, or general keeping the place in good condition, then this isn't the place for you! I'd like to share with fellow professionals, to share the council tax, and it's a non smoking flat.
