Springfield Quay cinema complex is also only minutes walk away and has a nice range of eateries etc. It is a modern style flat which has been tastefully decorated and furnished and is very well equipped.

The Waterfront is a really nice, well established development. The gardens are lovely and the development is fairly quiet and peaceful, considering its close proximity to the city, and I have always found it to be a safe area - and I lived there more than 15 years.
