I am looking for someone to share from 1st July. The present flatmate is Inma -mid thirties, an easygoing, pleasant Spanish girl. The flat is situated on top floor in communal gardens on the south side of the Clyde, near new pedestrian bridge to the financial district. It is is only minutes walk from the city centre and has easy access to M8 , M77 ramps in both directions and good transport links with bus and subway (giving you access to the West End). Central station is about 5 minutes walk away. Springfield Quay is also mins away with a good range of eateries and entertainment. There is a local shop a few mins away. It is a modern style flat which has been tastefully decorated and furnished and is very well equipped with kitchen tools and appliances etc. It has an LCD TV and a communal SkyHD connection is there for those who wish to connect. The bed has brand new mattress.
The Waterfront is a really nice, well established development set in lovely gardens and is quiet and peaceful, considering its close proximity to the city. I have always found it to be a safe area - and I lived there more than 15 years. There is private residential parking with security concierge.
I am travelling in Asia and I am looking for someone easygoing and responsible to share the flat while I am gone. .....I will be gone for a while so long term is no problem.
