Preferred room and flatmate description
Hi there
I will shortly have a room available in a lovely City Centre flat.
It's a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom flat with wooden floors throughout apart from carpets in the bedrooms and granite tiles in the bathrooms. You would have exclusive use of the main bathroom which is spacious and modern. There is 17meg unlimited wifi in the flat, as well as sky tv, dvd player, etc. The kitchen has all mod cons including built in dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, large fridge/freezer, dining table and chairs, etc.
The room is a spacious double room with floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes, double bed, bedside cabinets, linen, etc.
About me, well I'm a very genuine and nice 28 year old guy. I like to chill out and watch a nice dvd , as well as going out every so often for a good night out. I'm a tidy guy, but not obsessively clean - I like to think I have a nice balance.
