A few details: the house is in Ingol on a nice little estate. It's a bit out of town but if you're not a driver it is right on the bus routes so getting into town for work, shopping etc is easy. The room is a large ground-floor bedroom. Rent is currently £336/month - this is INCLUDING all bills, council tax, Virgin Media, TV license etc. Bear in mind that there are a few extras on top of this (gardener, windows etc) but costs for these are minimal as they are split between us.
there is a large garden to the rear complete with pond/green house/garage.
currently living in the house are 2 males and 1 female. we all get along but each do our own thing and also group together to have a night out/ night in
