i am an accountant who lives in a 3 bedroomed detached house in Ashton in a quiet cul-de-sac which backs on to Haslam Park.
I am looking for a down to earth house mate who is reasonably tidy and is fun to get on with.
As a person, I am quite laid back and enjoy a good night out but also appreciate my quiet time and am looking for a like minded housemate.
A good sized double bedroom is avaialable and is fitted with a lockable door and Sky TV is available in the room for an extra £10 per month.
We will share the downstairs but there are two lounges so I see no great problems with ''chill out time''
