We have a one bedroom (double bed) available to rent in a two bedroom flatshare. The apartment is situated on the 1st floor in a secure complex.
The flatshare is with a quiet couple (he is away a lot of the time, flora is from NZ) and a young toddler who is 15 months old. The toddler is a girl and sleeps well. We might be away some times.
The person would obviously need to like young children. We are looking for a professional woman.

Imperial Wharf is a new riverside development located right next to
the exclusive Chelsea Harbour. Situated within this complex are
excellent bars & restaurants right on the river Thames. There is a
main supermarket only a short, pleasant walk along the river.
Transport links are excellent with an "on-site" Imperial Wharf train
station only 5 mins walking distance from the apartment.
There is also a river boat service at Imperial Wharf.
There is a bathroom, toilet and kitchen which is shared. Other features include:
Fully-fitted kitchen with a fridge freezer, washing machine,
phone-entry system, 24 hour concierge, secure underground car parking
(separate arrangement).
There is also a roof garden which you can access any time.
Rent is ₤800 per calendar month. Deposit is 1 month’s rent in advance (returnable at end of tenancy provided 1 month’s notice is given).
