Preferred room and flatmate description

Double room for single use is available at a beautiful and spacious flat in Fulham. It has 2 bedrooms and I am renting the biggest. It has a very big and bright living room with view to the private garden, the kitchen is fully equiped with washingmachine/drier, dishwasher, fridge...The bedroom has wardrobe, double bed, very bright and big. Shared bathroom with shower. It has a huge basement, all carpet, wifi and telephone will be intalled this week. One month in advance and deposit is necessary. I am a 32 yo professional female, will be living in London until August. I am looking for an easygoing flatmate, clean and organiced to share the house. Respect each other privacy but also share dinner or a glass of wine sometimes. I work very hard during the week, so I leave early and come late. I will be available tomorow (Sunday) if you want to see the house and meet me.
