The house is within walking distance of Hewlett Packard, MOD, AXA and UWE and is near the M32/M4/M5. The centre of Bristol is a short car drive away as is areas such as Aztec West, Bradley Stoke, Stoke Gifford etc. The room available is on the top floor, is a fairly large room (17'x 12')with a good solid double pine bed (brand new bedding duvet and pillows supplied) with a new wardrobe, and is fully furnished, including an LCD Wall mounted TV (with full access to SKY TV'DVD Player in your room too!). You have use of your own Wc and wash basin opposite your room as well as use of the main bathroom upstairs (shared with one other guy that stays 1/2 nights a week and another who stays 3 nights a week). But we are spread over 3 floors so we're not bumping into one another all the time! The kitchen is (22'x18) and has a large wall mounted plasma(sky)TV as well as a modern clean fitted kitchen units, dish washer etc. The house itself is a nearly new luxury show home in the quiet, upmarket housing estate that is Stoke Park. The lounge is modern (17'x11') and also features a plasma screen with sky. Bills such as council tax, water and electricity are included, the room also has unlimited Wi-Fi broadband available if needed. The house has two driveways for parking. Postcode: BS161WR

I'm Looking for someone professional who needs a room on a Monday to Friday basis for £90 per week (£375 per calender month - £150 Security Deposit). Currently living in the house is myself and two other professional guys that stay during the week. It is a relaxed and sociable environment but the house is also spacious enough for people to keep themselves to themselves.
