Preferred room and flatmate description

I have a double room available to rent in a first floor flat with 2 bedrooms, it already has curtains and a wardrobe, I am able to provide a single bed if needed but if you would prefer a double you will need to provide it yourself. The room does not have en-suite but you would share the shower room with myself. There is also a spacious living room and a kitchen. The flat is a first floor flat situated in a quiet cul-de-sac off the main road. There is a parking space available and the flat is only a 15 minute walk away from the UWE Frenchay campus, this is where I study teacher training for 3-7 year olds. My hobbies are squash and horseriding. I am 19years old and am an easy going person who mainly gets on with everyone, I do not mind if my flat mate is male or female but am not keen on living with a couple. I will put a picture of the room up, however it is basically empty apart from the wardrobe so it is hard to get an idea of the space. I will also put a picture of the living room and shower room. I cannot have pets in the flat, it is the landlords policy and also no smoking in the flat but this doesn't mean a smoker cannot live here they will just have to smoke outside.
