Preferred room and flatmate description

A recently decorated and newly carpeted double room measuring 2.5m x 3.5m. It has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side table. All bedding is provided. The room has a radiator that runs off the central heating system and the room is to the back of the house.

The house itself is a 2 bed semi-detached cottage. Downstairs there is a modern kitchen with all appliances you would expect to have including washing machine. The front room has 2 sofa's and there is a 70ft garden to the rear. Outside the back there is storage available for a bicycle if required. To the front there is parking for one car that I use, though I do have parking permits for on street parking if required. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and shower that runs off mixer taps.

ALL BILLS ARE INCLUSIVE, YOU ONLY PAY THE MONTHLY RENT FEE. Wireless internet connection is available for you to use if you bring your own laptop.

I am a live-in landlord and generally get in from work by 6pm. I am easy to get on with and I am well travelled, I respect all ethenticity's and cultural backgrounds. The home is kept clean and tidy and is yours to roam. As you are only renting the room and not the house, I dont allow visitors. I am looking for a profesional or a mature student as a tenant, preferably over the age of 21.

The house is located in Freemantle, Southampton and is 10 minutes walk into Southampton city center. Central station is only 5 minutes away as is Shirley high street which has plenty of shops.
