Hi my names Dave. I bought the house about 5 months ago and have had my sister living with me although she has now moved to go to university so looking for someone else to move in. I like to keep the house clean but im not a clean freak just like it tidy. The house is a three bed terraced house with decking out the back which is very nice for barbeques and to sit and relax on if the sun is shining. The lounge has sky hd and you will always be welcome to sit and chill in there but the bedroom also has a tv unfortunately not sky if you would rather watch that. I also have sky broadband which you canuse whenever. Im quite a sociable person and happy to go out for drinks and have a laugh but generally only do this on the weekends. The kind of person I am looking for is someone who is sociable and trustworthy and easy to get along with and not too messy. Thanks for reading hope to hear from you soon. Smokers are welcome but have to smoke outside not in the house.
