I am looking to rent my spare room in my house ASAP, I live down Copnor Road just by Star and Garter pub, seconds away from the eastern road, bus routes. All bills are included in the rent, no hidden charges!
My house is on two floors, there is a small garden/patio area with washing line at the front of the propety as you come in, then I have a big modern kitchen (fully equipped) with microwave, oven, hob, etc etc, also a washing machine & tumble dryer. Then into the living room where there is a huge comfy sofa and chair, large tv, dvd player.
Upstairs you have my bedroom first and then the next room is a computer room/study with working PC with internet access and storage for now, I am also looking to get a futon to put in here so that it can be used as a spare room for friends/family for us to use. The next room along is the bathroom, with huge shower, bath, toilet. The room at the back is the room I am renting, it currently has a double bed, and chest of drawers in. Although these things can be removed if you wish to bring your own furniture. On the bedrooms are two way locks so that you have a sense of privacy, should you want it.
I am a very easy going, friendly person. I enjoy going for dinner, watching films (my dvd collection is insane), football (play up pompey), going on as many holidays as possible! I work as a restaurant supervisor, so work nights and weekends, so am often not in during the evenings until late and I am not a morning person at all. I do love a good chat but also very big on personal and private space too. I'm looking for somebody who is friendly, non-smoker (or willing to smoke outside), male or female, mature students welcome or professionals.
